Защита от коррозии аграрной техники для внесения минеральных удобрений

Аннотация.  Работа посвящена вопросу защиты от коррозии аграрной техники, предназначенной для внесения минеральных удобрений в период межсезонного хранения. Цель исследования –  изучение защитных свойств водно-восковых составов марки Герон, широко применяемого для защиты от коррозии военной техники. Исследована возможность противокоррозионной защиты консервационными составами Герон, различных марок стальной поверхности аграрной техники со следами удобрений. Приведены сравнительные результаты  коррозионных испытаний защитных пленок  нанесенных на образцы из стали марки  Ст3, двумя разными методами: электрохимические (поляризационные и импедансные) и гравиметрические методы. Подтверждено, что водно-восковые смеси Герон обеспечивают высокую защитную эффективность и возможность хранения зимой, в любом не отапливаемом помещении. Данная смесь обеспечивает высокую степень защиты (Z = 100 %) от коррозии в течение 1 года.
